Who we are.
Caroline's Cheese Straws is a small-batch food company based in Athens, Georgia, operated by Caroline Kersey. We make cheese straws from a four-generation family recipe and ship them nationwide. Questions? hello@carolinescheesestraws.com.
Orders and payment.
By placing an order you're agreeing to pay the listed price plus applicable shipping. We accept major credit cards and process payments securely via Stripe. Orders are confirmed by email — if you don't receive a confirmation within an hour, check your spam folder or email us.
Shipping.
We ship Monday–Thursday to protect freshness. Orders placed by Wednesday noon ship that week. Orders placed Thursday–Sunday ship the following Monday. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package is in transit, but we will work with you to make it right if something goes wrong.
Returns and refunds.
Cheese straws are a perishable food product. We don't accept returns, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it — no argument.
Subscriptions.
Subscription billing recurs on the schedule you selected. You can pause, change, or cancel anytime from your account page before the next billing date. Cancellations after a billing date take effect on the following cycle. We don't lock you in.
Gift subscriptions.
Gift subscriptions are redeemed by the recipient via a unique link sent to the email address you provided at purchase. Unredeemed gifts do not expire. If the recipient email was wrong, contact us and we will issue a new link.
Use of this site.
This site is for purchasing cheese straws and reading about them. Please do not scrape, copy, or repurpose content without permission. The recipe is ours — four generations of ours.
Changes to these terms.
We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, the date below changes. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
